Amihan is a character in Filipino mythology who is the goddess of the North-East Wind .
In TBpack, Amihan framework is a Telegram chatbot for conference program management. The primary use is to obtain information on the upcoming talks and speakers and to facilitate instant communication between the event participants and organizers.
The chatbot's database is dynamically updated as the event progresses, ensuring that only accurate information is always available.
